Welcome to my Greetings from Guernsey blog!

This is a sister blog to Pink Cottage Craft which I devote to Stampin’ Up! based paper crafting.  Here you’ll find more Stampin’ Up! and projects using things from other companies I love, and I hope you’ll love them too. You’ll also find classes, retreats, blog candy, tips and techniques for card making, scrapbooking, 3D paper craft, and stamping. I’ve been paper crafting for about 8 years and demonstrating and selling cards for a number of those.   I’ll also be selling handmade cards, and you can come and meet me at various events and ask for help on your projects.

Having moved to Guernsey a few months ago I’m still finding my way around. One of the issues I have is regular internet access, which is not ideal in this electronic age, you may find that items on my blog are posted by schedule, and I may not be able to respond to you quickly so please bare with me.  My photos are a bit poor too, I'm working on that too!

I intend to set up separate pages with details of classes etc, so please keep an eye out for these as I confirm locations and dates.  All of which will be in the lovely Guernsey, do come an join me if you can.

The card above uses the fabulous sewing stamp from the new Stampin' Up! mini catalogue.  Its a birthday card for my Mum who's passionate about quilting and sewing.  The card below was created for my Granddad's 90th birthday back in March, using the star stamp set and star punch, again from Stampin' Up! I'm hoping to demonstrate the multiple stamping technique used here later in the year, where we'll create a 'masterboard' and use the 'one sheet wonder' technique to stamp an A4 sheet and then make multiple cards.
